Born and raised in Northwest Florida Chuck was a former computer forensics investigator in law enforcement when he got his introduction to the waste business in 1997 as a computer consultant to a regional northwest Florida waste company. Eight years later he was hired as the Operations Manager to manage their rapidly growing company. After several waste company aquititions he was hired at Disposal Services, LLC in 2009 where he set his sights on growing the new rolloff division of an existing portable toilet and septic tank company. That company was Disposal Services, LLC. Disposal Services, LLC has since grown from a small local operator to one of the largest in Northwest Florida. By embracing technology, staying true to its roots and maintaining personal relationships with its customers. After 14 years as it's Operations Manager and then General Manager Chuck, along with his business partner, Josh Petty, aquired Disposal Services, LLC and Hall Septic Tank Service, Inc. The company has plans to increase it's footprint in Northwest Florida, Southeast Alabama and Southwest Georgia.
Josh Petty

Josh began working in the family waste business at the age of 9 while still attending grade school. For decades he observed his father and mother work to diligently build a successful company, helping with any task that was needed. Leaving home in 1998 he attended Riverside Military Academy, graduating in 2001. Upon graduation he returned to the family business for 1 year before attending The Florida State University, graduating with a B.S. in Political Science in 2006. After graduation he worked in the underground utilities industry on local construction projects before returning home to work in the family business. Starting at the ground level of a new career, Josh participated in every facet of the business, eventually working his way from the hands-on day-to-day field operations to management as the company expanded. During this time, he also obtained a Septic Tank Contractor’s license, which he currently maintains for consulting purposes with numerous engineers and installers. He was married in 2012 and is the father of two beautiful children.
